• The Business Analyst is expected to possess advanced analytical capabilities, a comprehensive understanding of systems, and expertise in optimizing business processes.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Informatics.
• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, financial systems, or process improvement.
• Exposure to financial operations and enterprise systems in a professional services or legal environment is a plus.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
• Familiarity with financial systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms, Aderant would be advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
• Experience working cross-functionally with finance and data teams.
