    Public Sector Account Executive

    Public Sector Account Executive 

    We are currently on a search assigment for a Senior Account Executive, who will be mainly responsible for improving organization’s market position and achieves financial growth within the public sector.

    If you are currenly ectrenched within accounts within the public sector eg SARS as well as defining long-term organizational strategic goals, builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions within SARS.

    • Work with the internal team, marketing staff, and other managers to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for the organization.
    • Find potential new customers, present to them, ultimately convert them into clients, and continue to grow business in the future.
    • Help manage existing clients and ensure they stay satisfied and positive. make presentations on solutions and services that meet or predict their clients’ future needs
    • Develop New Business and maintenance of strategic business relationships with customers on all levels
    • Utilize strategic best practice sales methodologies to ensure that appointments and new business opportunities convert to new business sales.
    • Analyze the Client’s situation and Business requirements through awareness, empathy and good questioning and through ability to influence.
    • Influence and work closely with Vendors, Partners and internal employees, namely the COO, Heads of Projects, Project Managers, Business Development Executive
    • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities
    • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments
    • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business Operations
    • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
    • Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships
    • Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs
    • Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs
    • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
    • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators

    • At least 8 years sales experience as an Account Executive; With at least 5 years minimum experience with in SARS and proven track record of driving ICT or network solutions within the account.
    • Working knowledge and experience selling complex technology solutions such as Networking,data center  and Cloud to large enterprise customers
    • Proven business development experience and ability to meet target
    • Proven track record in sales, business development and winning new business
    • Proven track record of increasing revenue through generating of leads

    Marketing Manager

    THE ROLE

    • To Plan, Implement and manage marketing activities and campaigns to grow Huawei Mobile Service’s (HMS) Products and service;
    • Implementation, execution and communication of HMS marketing plans for products and partners;
    • Execution of tactics to support marketing strategies;
    • Provide Marketing support through regular communication and development of promotional materials as required
    • Direct, Plan and Manage, media, IM and Digital Marketing in collaboration with HMS Product managers as part of go to market strategy
    • Plan all aspects with regards to new product launches, partner collaboration, channel promotions specific reference to HMS products;
    • Lead integrated consumer marketing plan , development and execution;
    • Build launch plans , activities and channel strategies

    • Compile briefing documentation against set objectives

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Minimum 5-7 years in Marketing Operations as well as managing a team.

    • This individual will be required to work with the Product Managers and Channel Managers to ensure on-time and effective new product launches, develop go-to-market Campaigns.
    • Plan and execute advertising campaigns and strategies for the business unit; to ensure the best gains in market share (or stated KPI / goal).
    • Develop , implement , monitor systems and procedures necessary to ensure smooth operation of the marketing functions
    • Plan media, PR, IM and Digital Marketing in collaboration with marketing team members as part of go to market strategy
    • Plan all aspects with regards to new product launches, growth campaigns wrt current products.

    CCIE.CCNP - Network Solution Pre-Sales Manager

    Job Responsibilities

    • Assist the sales team with designing the Networking Solution, demonstration, presentation add pricing to the clients as well as developing new clients, with a primary focus on sales revenue and lead generation.A broad understanding of competitive offerings across multiple industries is also required.
    • Work with the Account Managers on the competitive strategy, business plan and action plan for Networking Solutions sales
    • Act as a technical consultant for customer by providing network design & planning proposal in the field.
    • Manage marketing and promotion activities of Huawei Networking solutions and able to prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to customers.
    • Interact directly with prospective and current customers to effectively promote the solution/product and identify customer requirements.
    • Analyze and trace development of the regional telecom market as well as the responsible account, output market strategy and promotion plan.
    • Supporting field/customer requests for product support and problem resolution.

    • Industry Specific Certifications (HP/ EMC / VMware / Cisco / Symantec/DD)
    • Responding to tenders and writing proposals
    • Proven track record of increasing revenue through generating of leads
    • CCIE OR CCNP
