Responsibilities:

• Take and serve orders from meeting rooms.
• Collect all glasses and coffee cups after all meetings.
• Keep boardroom white boards clean, chairs neat, tables wiped and bins emptied.
• Assist with company functions and events.
• Take refuse down daily.
• Assist with setting up catering for meetings.
• Assist with setting up and maintaining rooms for meetings.
• Assist the Barista’s in making beverages when necessary.
• Any breaks or approved leave to be taken in rotation with the other office staff

Requirements

Minimum Educational Qualifications:

• Completed Matric

Minimum Previous Experience:

• Previous Customer Service experience essential
• Hands-on experience with brewing equipment advantageous
