This is an exciting time to join the Customer Development Team in UFS! We see chefs changing behavior, moving away from a traditional offline model, to new and accelerated channels like Ecommerce supportedby multiple online and offline touch points. This provides a world of challenges and opportunities to future proofing our Business while winning today in the marketplace.
The CD Operations Team are the ‘air traffic controllers’ for our sales force in the markets and a recritical to ensure that data, capability, systems and tools are leading edge for our salesforce and business. This role will be focused on:
Implementation of local capability strategy and responsible for driving improvements in order to support UFS strategic objectives
Owning and managing the learning needs and delivery of the training programmes identified
Capability execution via learning programmes, coaching, on the job training, global tools/materials and sharing of best practice.
KEY INTERACTIONS:
This role reports into CD Operations Manager and key interactions include:
Local CDLT
Full CD Team – Pull/Telesales/Push/C&C/AKAM
Local Marketing Team
Global Capability Team
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
The key accountabilities of the Sales Capability Lead will flex around the following key areas:
Identifying priority capability needs of the country through conducting Learning Needs Analysis for CD Capabilities
Conduct train the trainer sessions with Regional Sales Managers for relevant programmes where applicable
Owner of Armstrong Application Training material (updated as per Sprint Release process)
Regional Armstrong training with follow up execution support to ensure rigour and discipline
Establishing KPI to measure effectiveness of learning programmes and track progress
Developing the annual plan (combining global programmes and local needs) aligning to business needs as per IBP requirements
Introducing and driving adoption of new learning methods in line with global strategy
Co-ordinating localisation of global programmes as required
Identifying, managing and working with external partners to deliver training where appropriate
