    Specialist Marketing Communications Retail(MBSA)

    Objective of the job:

    • To build and maintain image and performance of the brand, by executing and coordinating the retail marketing strategy through coordinated retail marketing campaigns, making the brand more visible through brand fit advertising and tactical offers using appropriate channel selection and in compliance to the Company's Integrity Codes
    • All activities will be done in compliance with the Company's Integrity Code and other relevant policies.

    Main :

    • Retail Communication Strategy: Co-develop the marketing strategy that support global and local brand guidelines for retail tactical campaigns - new cars/used that supports and achieves the sales objectives.
    • Dealer agent steering & relationship management: Managing and building relationships with dealer agents in order to execute on the agreed strategy through various interactions and feedback loops. Provide monthly/quarterly review and feedback to the agent network team & to ensure agent activities targets are met.
    • Leads reporting: Ensure that daily, weekly, monthly lead targets are being met for New/CPO. Predetermine early warning signals, which are in place to detect any deviation from target. Ensure accurate analysis and reporting to all stakeholders is maintained.
    • Collaborations: Management and leveraging of various sponsorship assets to ensure maximum ROI, engagement and agent integration. Ensure the strategic relationship is maintained amongst the various sponsorship assets and where necessary a leveraging plan needs to be developed to support retail.
    • Retail Advertising Communication: Manage all suppliers to create and execute strong through the line retail tactical communication campaigns for both New Cars and CPO within budgets and agreed timelines, as well as supporting product launch campaigns for agents based on the relevant brand campaign. Clear guidelines for agents and integrated communication with the sales/financial services team. Manage all advertising communication in line with compliance.
    • Compliance: Adhering to the company's integrity code and all compliance regulations.

    Specialist Pricing (MBSA)

    Objective of the job:

    • To support the MBC Customer Services Business by managing and analysing pricing trends in relation to revenue growth. Support the Product Specialist in identifying parts trends and implementing retail campaigns to increase sales revenue. To identify opportunities using the pricing lever as a means to increase revenue and grow the Customer Services business in compliance to the Company's integrity & Anti Bribery Codes, Conflict of interest Policy & S.H.E requirements and to perform delegated S.H.E tasks and duties & to inform superiors about deviations.

    All activities will be done in compliance with the Company's Integrity Code and other relevant policies.
    Main :

    • Audits: To manage and facilitate all audit requirements for Customer Services Sales and Marketing team.
    • Global Pricing System: To facilitate all local requirements via the DAG pricing team, To manage and implement new pricing tools, i.e PEP. Ensure that sticker-prices and discount group logic is maintained in the system.- Annual Price Alignment implementation as per OP agreement.- Campaign Pricing implementation"
    • Market Intelligence: To gather insight from the Agent Network on price changes. To manage and facilitate MBSA market studies with external service providers. Provide a scope of work for the service provider to deliver on.
    • Parts Pricing: To analyze the current and future parts pricing. Develop a pricing approach that will support the key Customer Services strategic objectives. Monitor and analyze the impact of price adjustments on part sales, Net Revenue Customer Pay, Annual Price Alignment, Tyre Price Alignment.
    • Analysis in Reporting: To analyze and provide regular feedback on Sales trends and the impact on pricing. Provide recommendations on pricing opportunities to further enhance profitability, NRCP Share (Premium Drive, workshop, ABRC's and OtC), NRCP and Pieces development by life cycles (LCC), NRCP development YOY by special product segment (SPS)- Campaign Sales development Revenue and Pieces, Tyre sales development Revenue and Pieces.
