    Development Coordinator

    What you will be doing:

    • Join in planning for exciting new developments, working closely with a diverse team of architects, surveyors, and brokers to keep projects aligned with market needs.
    • Map out project steps from start to finish, manage concise project briefs, and ensure smooth communication to help everyone stay on track.
    • Prepare essential sales materials and legal documents, keeping all project details organised and ready for client presentations and meetings.
    • Drive research efforts to identify key trends, gather meaningful data, and present it through engaging formats to support smart business decisions.
    • Ensure all certifications are in place, oversee final project steps, and regularly review processes to keep things efficient and fresh.

    What you need:

    • A BSc in Property Studies or Town / Regional / City Planning would be ideal.
    • Relevant qualifications in town, urban, or regional planning, or real estate development, will be considered.
    • Experience in economic or real estate research, with strong data analysis skills to guide strategic decisions.
    • Skilled in managing complex projects and coordinating cross-functional teams toward shared goals.
    • Ability to prepare and oversee project briefs and timelines, ensuring clarity and goal alignment.
    • Strong written and verbal communication, exceptional organisation, and a proactive, adaptable approach.

    Accounting Graduate

    What you will be doing:

    • Even though this is an intern opportunity, full starting salaries apply and you will receive guidance, mentoring and comprehensive training, you will have the opportunity to apply your academic knowledge in a gentle, nurturing and kind environment. Amongst skills that you will be taught include;
    • Overseeing centralised journal processing and assisting with preparing and communicating financial forecasts.
    • Ensure financial statement accuracy and compliance, while keeping financial records organised and up to date.
    • Prepare and maintain the Loan Schedule, reconcile bank statements, and contribute to maintaining financial integrity.
    • Support quarterly reporting and assist with audits, gaining exposure to both internal and external processes.

    What you need:

    • A relevant tertiary qualification is essential - BAcc, BCom, ND or BTech - specialising in accounting, business accounting or finance would be ideal.
    • Proficiency in English for effective communication in a business environment.
    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, advanced modelling, and creating charts/graphs.

    Technical Support Consultant (SQL / Linux)

    What you will be doing:

    • Deliver technical support with efficiency, reliability, professionalism, and a friendly approach to delight clients.
    • Continuously evaluate incident priorities to ensure consistent adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
    • Provide support for hosted services, solutions, and associated ICT infrastructure, ensuring their seamless operation.
    • Handle deployment, monitoring, optimisation, and management of hosted services and solutions with care and attention.
    • Skillfully troubleshoot and resolve a variety of incidents to maintain smooth operations.
    • Prioritise open and effective communication throughout the support process to keep stakeholders informed.
    • Embrace challenges as opportunities to own problems, foster constructive problem-solving, and ensure the successful execution of solutions when issues arise.

    What you need:

    • Ideally 3 years plus of relevant work experience.
    • Proficient in SQL (both Microsoft and PostgreSQL) as well as Linux.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities with a knack for troubleshooting IT issues.
    • Familiarity with Web Server and adept at optimising server performance.
    • Proficient in cloud computing and managing cloud-based infrastructure.
    • Excellent communication skills, comfortable in client-centric environments.
    • Self-motivated and adaptable, with experience in hybrid home-office setups.
    • Demonstrates humility, a thirst for knowledge, and intelligence in problem-solving.
