    MAE 1

    • Tertiary Education with 4-5 years’ experience in solutioning with a background in credit, financial services risk management preferably in the client’s context
    • Strong problem solving skills
    • Proven experience in consulting, developing and implementing client solutions.
    • Must be well organized with excellent analytical and negotiating skills, combined with superior oral and written communication skills, with a temperament to aggressively represent, persuade others and negotiate in the best interests of the company.
    • Develops sales strategies to grow revenue from existing and new sales opportunities.

    Adviser, Agile Coach

    • Understand the general principles of Agile as outlined such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and be fully aligned to those principles
    • Identify best fit for use agile methodologies for a variety of delivery teams.
    • Experience coaching teams across markets and preferably in multiple geographies.
    • Act as champion and evangelist of Agile practices
    • Coach and mentor the Agile Release Trains (ARTs) on implementation and execution of all Program level processes and activities, including but not limited to PI (Program Increment) Planning preparation and execution, use of Program metrics and Program reporting to ensure predictability and reliability with respect to delivery of value
    • Coach and mentor scrum teams on Agile methodology and Scrum values and process (Team level coaching and mentoring)
    • Develop and deliver an Agile training plan, leveraging our existing agile transformation training materials and building upon them.
    • Assess ARTs’ and teams’ Agile practices and coach/mentor to ensure relentless improvement
       

    What You’ll Bring

    • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required
    • 3+ years of enterprise scale Agile coaching experience, hands-on and practical in nature
    • A minimum of 3 years of relevant Information Technology experience
    • SPC (SAFe Program Consultant) certification is required
    • Certification(s) in other Agile methodologies (PMI-ACP, CSM, CSP, SA, SASM or equivalent) is desired
    • Strong facilitation and collaboration skills
    • Strong understanding of and demonstrated experience in using Agile Central, or a similar Enterprise Agile Tool
    • Excellent training and presentation skills
    • Strong leadership building skills, with a demonstrated ability to work independently
    • Excellent listening and communication skills (written and verbal)

    Lead Developer - C#

    Education and Experience

    • 3 year Computer Science degree / equivalent Qualification
    • Minimum 5+ years software design and development on a Windows platform
    • Proficient troubleshooting techniques and problem diagnosis ability

    Consultant, Data Science and Analytics

    • A degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial science, Business Mathematics or Informatics degree
    • Sound understanding of statistical software. SAS, SQL, Business Object and Dashboard creation experience would be preferred.
    • Technical aptitude with strong logical, problem solving, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in performing multiple tasks and dealing with changing deadline requirements required.
    • Must have good verbal and written communication skills; strong listening and teamwork skills; and effective presentation and sales skills are also required.
    • Must be focused, flexible, and organized.
    • Occasional travel is required.

    How You’ll Contribute: 

    • Conduct data analysis to understand internal and client data, process flows, policies and procedures
    • Provides ongoing customer and sales support; uncovering opportunities and resolving problems
    • Constructs, analyses and interprets various monitoring reports
    • Analyses and interprets trends encountered and makes logical conclusions from monitoring output
    • Utilizes communication and reporting methods to ensure the output and recommendations are presented to clients in an understandable manner
    • Read and import raw data from various formats into SAS environment. Use SAS to analyse data in detail as well as the utilization of macros
    • Generate tables and graphs using SAS and Excel
    • Scorecard and portfolio monitoring (SAS, SQL, Excel) and additional ad hoc analysis according to predefined techniques and standards
    • Managing the analysis of data files in various layouts and performing data auditing and validation
    • General and detailed data interrogation, transformation and manipulation
    • Identification of data trends or patterns, data mining and warehousing
    • Ability to present outputs and recommendations to clients in an understandable manner
