    Divisional Head- Financial Services

    Job description

    Purpose:

    • Responsible for the overall direction and performance of the Financial Services division.
    • Maintains relationships with key clients, pitches e4 solutions, submits and negotiates proposals, negotiates prices, undertakes national promotions and implementations of e4 solutions and/or services, appoints and leads the management team of the division to deliver upon all planned and budgeted project and sales deliverables, oversees the operational and support teams of the division.
    • Helps to structure, design & implement the Financial Services strategy and fully accountable for preparing and delivering upon the annual business plan and budget for the Financial Services division (with any other relevant heads), as part of the company’s overall Strategic Execution Plan.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Degree
    • 6 to 8 years related experience

    Principal duties and responsibilities:

    • Appoint and lead the management team of the division;
    • Deliver upon all planned and budgeted project and sales deliverables;
    • Prepare monthly input to EXCO report, with detailed information to track performance;
    • Identify new opportunities in existing markets;
    • Suggest product improvements for client products;
    • Manage a portfolio of products and clients;
    • Builds lasting client relationships at various levels of seniority at all e4’s clients;
    • Visit existing and potential clients to present and or demonstrate products / solutions;
    • Relationship management of key clients at an executive level;
    • Gain a clear understanding of clients' businesses and requirements;
    • Undertake competitor intelligence;
    • Advanced consulting with key clients;
    • Promote other e4 business solutions and services (i.e. cross-sell);
    • Obtain and maintain detailed knowledge of all of e4’s relevant products on an ongoing basis;
    • Formulate robust strategy and divisional plans on a continuous basis;
    • Establish and support sound processes and systems to ensure seamless project roll-outs;
    • Manage deadlines as committed;
    • Continuously communicate progress, and delays, both internally as well as to clients;
    • Manage customer service and drive customer satisfaction;
    • Ensures that the division’s clients are served and supported according to the company's practices and standards (such as committed SLAs);
    • Manage escalation of customer complaints;
    • Ability to deal at all levels within the enterprise with strong emphasis at business executive level;
    • Perform any other actions required to maintain and promote e4’s existing client relationships;
    • Maintain with group legal and track contracts register with all clients to ensure that contracts are negotiated and renewed timeously.
