The Skills Development Facilitator is responsible for convening the training committee and ensuring that appropriate consultative processes around skills development are implemented. Responsible for the development of the WSP and necessary consultation thereon. Liaison with the SETA around issues of skills development.

Implement, monitor and manage a suitable Company Skills Development Strategy

Establish, maintain and develop the Skills Development function / strategy in the Company

Assist with a skills gap analyses to determine the skills status and shortages in the Company

Draft the annual ATR and Skills Development Plan as well as submission thereof

Manage the effective claiming of all grants (mandatory, discretionary and other)

Align the Skills Development Function with the BBBEE Strategy

Explore, identify, implement and manage Learnerships, Graduate Programs and Apprenticeships to support the BBBEE Scorecard
