Job description

To run a highly motivated and inspired department of Client Service staff. Making strategic business decisions, not just for clients, but for our business as a whole. Serving on the MB leadership team and actively taking part in growing the business. Taking on very senior client relationships to ultimately ensure they continue to see MB as the most preferred partner in research.

KEY OUTCOMES

• To gain trusted advisor status with all clients by engaging clients with passion and confidence.
• Growing and building a high performing, self-motivated team of researchers
• Actively living and breathing the company values and inspiring the CS team to be the best they can be
• Making good and solid commercial decisions (resourcing, skills, proposals, client building, pricing, costing, training)

CAPABILITIES

• At least 8 -10 year’s relevant market research experience in a research agency, client company, or management or marketing consultancy.
• Must have strong experience in Quantitative Research, this must be in either Innovation or Brand and Communications
• Exceptional communicator (written and verbally) and must have proven client management experience
• Line management experience
• Proven in developing and landing actionable insights for the clients the organisation
• Good presentation skills, and report writing. Passionate about new technologies digital and mobile technologies.
