    Software Support Consultant

    Job description

    Requirements

    • Accounting/Business Administration background
    • Panel Beating Administration experience advantageous
    • Some IT experience advantageous
    • Grade 12 at least 50% in mathematics
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Accuracy and attention to detail
    • Strong problem solving skills
    • The ability to work on own initiative
    • Friendly, organised and neat.
    • Own Reliable Motor Vehicle is preferable
    • Willing to Travel
    • Team player

    DUTIES:

    Client Service, Software Support, Onsite support, In-house support via telephone and remote desktop sessions, software configuration and customization, client software training on-site and online.
