Administrator Production Analysis & Improvement - Wessels Mine at South32

Job description

• Serious contenders will have a Grade 12 with Mathematics together with a Certificate/Diploma Administration with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an equivalent position.
• Advanced skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Visio) is essential;
• Data analysis and reporting skills is essential;
• Valid Drivers license is essential.
• Prior knowledge of South32 reporting systems will be advantageous.
• MS SQL Query writing and reporting and knowledge of MS SQL report performance tuning is essential
• Own method of transport to and from work is essential
• Advanced skills and proficiency in report building

• Conduct continuous hazard identification and risk assessment within a workplace;
• Compile Results and Progress Management (RPM's) meetings packs;
• Report writing report performance tuning
• Manage documentation and records within the OCC and A&I Quality Management Systems;
• Comply with requirements of the A&I Quality Management System;
• Compile daily, weekly and monthly Production and Productivity reports;
• Update Wessels communication display screens with relevant content daily.
• Update Electronic Boards displaying Production information on Site.
