    Content / Tendor Manager

    Job description

     

    This person is the anchor of the team. The primary function of the role is helping others. Main responsibilities include tender process management, content management and stakeholder management.

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

    • Content management and distribution. We have a very large database of solution content that needs constant management, updating and control and scheduled distribution to stakeholders.

       

    • Tender management (including compliance). We respond regularly to tenders and require a project management approach that maintains constant positive pressure on all stakeholders to deliver per the plan. Template management, content management, packaging and compliance management.

       

    • Be an extension of Marketing. Ensure all content, presentation and proposals follow the RMB Corporate Identity. Constant liaison and close partnership with the Marketing team

       

    • Ownership of all stakeholder group engagements. Creating, maintaining and updating a year planner of all stakeholder engagement sessions. Understanding context, invitees, agendas, etc. Able to capture outcomes and actions and distribute and follow up accordingly.

       

     

     

     

    • Success of the role looks like:

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Diploma or degree required (any field)

       

    • 5-year track record in support role

       

    • Experience in consolidating and rationalising large amounts of information

       

    • Experience in working with Marketing function and understand Corporate Identity

       

    • Very strong verbal and written communication (English only)

       

    • Full MS Office capabilities (advanced level Outlook, Word, PowerPoi
