Job Description
The role has an excellent understanding of workforce planning and OD methodologies, and contributes to the development of the global workforce planning strategy. The role supports the maintenance of the job framework within the organization. They work closely with business to ensure the standardization and alignment of job descriptions, including the maintenance of processes and tools that they have assisted in designing.
They support the alignment of global reward strategies and HR policies to ensure the most effective organizational design. This role successfully plans and executes such engagements together with the Workforce Planning team to drive related activities into the business via regional owners and regional HR leadership. The role analyses, builds and provides advice on organizational charts and workspace requirements.
