    Change Management Specialist

    Job Description

    Role Purpose:

    • The Change Management Specialist contributes to the development, implementation, integration and measurement of
    • business change management programmes to ensure that employees understand, internalise and develop the necessary attitudes, behaviours and core competencies required to achieve the business objectives. Major deliverables include designing/sourcing and implementing interventions in collaboratoin with the HR Executives and or HRBPs for the achievement of the business strategies, embedding a change agile culture.
    • This role reports to the HR Executive of Motor, the biggest division in WesBank.
