The Change Management Specialist contributes to the development, implementation, integration and measurement of
business change management programmes to ensure that employees understand, internalise and develop the necessary attitudes, behaviours and core competencies required to achieve the business objectives. Major deliverables include designing/sourcing and implementing interventions in collaboratoin with the HR Executives and or HRBPs for the achievement of the business strategies, embedding a change agile culture.
This role reports to the HR Executive of Motor, the biggest division in WesBank.
