Junior Audio Visual Systems Integrator / Technician
Installation of audio visual and video conferencing equipment in the greater Gauteng region from our Midrand based JHB offices
Design and implementation of fully integrated audio visual, video conferencing and room intelligence systems, including signal routing
Compiling, recording and archiving of wiring diagrams for all integrated solutions
After sales support, maintenance and repairs of installed equipment.
Liaising with the logistics team regarding implementation schedules, project documentation and other requirements as/when necessary.
Providing stand-in on-site and remote technical support at clients as/when necessary
Standard working hours are 08H00 to 17H00 Monday to Friday, there may however be the need for occasional overtime and travel to be worked
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
Experience with the implementation and configuration of audio visual and/or IT fields: video/audio conferencing equipment, collaboration technology, room intelligence systems, desktop support and basic IT networking.
Background in Polycom and Cisco Telepresence room systems and infrastructure advantageous
Audio college certification and live event (staging) experience advantageous
Must be able to remain calm under pressure and have a talent for resolving difficult situations
Must be service -centric, results oriented, team player and prepared to work after-hours if necessary.
Must be prepared to travel nationally if necessary, self-managed, disciplined, dependable and consistent.
REMUNERATION PACKAGE
