Who are we looking for?
The successful candidate will be a Tourplan (Tour Operator Software) expert end-user. You will have responsibility for managing all matters relating to the Tourplan system including project managing the roll-out of all current and future features e.g. availability, quotation, wetu integrations, financial reporting. You will also build training materials, train staff, and undertake other administrative tasks as necessary.
Areas of Responsibility:
DATABASE & TARIFFS-
Work with product manager to ensure they understand the system and are able to use it efficiently to create tariffs and update products

Ensure tariffs and all other rates are set correctly, and are exported from the database as efficiently as possible

Work with product departments on workflow and procedures in order to ensure products are loaded into Tourplan as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Assist the Product team in creating PCM and PK options

Occasionally manage and assist staff input Tourplan Data
- Create user permissions
- Create new Agents / new Suppliers
- Setup message templates (invoice, message to Agents, Suppliers etc.)
- Create new user profile in Tourplan server to access Tourplan (in coordination with IT)
- Assist the IT to ensure that both servers (TS and Database servers are in well conditions)
- Run SQL scripts in coordination with our IT supplier
- Setup Custom reports for internal uses (with the assistance of TP Support Team)

Assist Tourplan end-user with trouble shooting & coordinate with TP Support team

Assist Operations, Finance, Product and Sales in handling any issue related to Tourplan.

Keep others informed by sharing information

Develop and update Tourplan user manuals (for end users).

Build and customize Reports to meet the needs of each department

Update Reports

Ensure all departments are able to get maximum usage from Tourplan. Including producing itineraries, quotations and documentation (setup messaging).

Work with product departments, Human resource on training programs for staff to understand and get maximum benefits from Tourplan.

Work with Tourplan end-users to improve their knowledge of Tourplan and ensure they are able to run TP efficiently.

Ensure all departments are able to get maximum usage from Tourplan. Including producing itineraries, quotations and documentation (email to Agents/Suppliers).
