You Will Be

• Managing delivery of multiple projects or strategic Programmes on time, within budget and to the quality and specifications agreed with clients;
• Ensuring that projects are resourced appropriately;
• Managing vendors, suppliers and staff from multiple areas within and outside the organization;
• Providing coaching and guidance to the team members and junior project managers;
• Responsible for change and communication management;
• Reporting on Programme status;
• Ensuring that business cases and plans are to standard;
• Ensuring that targets are clear and deliverables well-structured and understood;
• Ensuring that IT, infrastructure, process and organisation elements of a project are addressed and integrated;
• Identifying dependencies and inter-dependencies between projects/Programmes;
• Translating strategy to action and execution; and,
• Liaising and managing vendors and their service delivery.

Job Requirements

• You need to have a tertiary qualification in Engineering/Finance/Business (Degree), coupled with a professional Project Management certification and a minimum of 8 years' of demonstrated, effective project management experience. A proven track record (at least 5 years') of managing multiple, complex projects successfully is also a must.
• It's important that you have the ability to work in a highly collaborative environment, and have a high degree of business acumen and agility to ramp quickly across the business as you are going to hit the ground running.
• An MSP accreditation and experience in Agile Delivery methodology will be an advantage.
