    Admin Assistants (Fixed Term Contract - 30/11/2023)

    About the Job

    Division and Department:

    • Sales

    Minimum Skills and Knowledge Required:

    • Standard 10 / Grade 12 or equivalent.
    • Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
    • Experience in a corporate gifts environment will be advantageous.
    • Above average verbal and written English communications skills to communicate professionally with customers and internally, both telephonically and by email.
    • Computer literacy (MS Office).

    Brief Description of Key Performance Areas:

    • Assist Account Managers to manage client accounts and provide professional assistance, information and solutions as and when required.
    • When required sit in for a Sales administrator to assist with all of their allocated tasks.
    • Assist with data capturing and general admin
    • Assist with returned goods, follow up on these as well as credits
    • Follow-up on all outstanding work on a daily basis and ensure all emails are attended to within the specified timeframe.
    • Generate quotations, job cards, correspondence, etc., in required format.
    • Assist with projects and workflows as and when required
    • Meet all required deadlines with accurate & concise feedback.
    • Assist with live chat as and when required
    • Protect the integrity of the company at all times.
    • Meet with clients in showroom if needed.
    • Process orders as and when required
    • Assist in the Showroom as and when required.
    • Adhere to health and safety requirements and ensure compliance at all times.
    • Assist in other positions and departments in accordance with operational requirements.
    • Maintain and improve housekeeping and hygiene standards within department.
