An NQF 4 qualification (Grade 12) as recognized by SAQA. An NQF 6 qualification in Public Management / Office Administration fields will be an added advantage. Two (2) years’ experience in office administration. Computer literacy (with certificate).
Skills and Knowledge:
Knowledge of clerical duties, practices as well as the ability to capture data, operate computer and collect statistics. Knowledge and understanding of the legislative framework governing the Public Service.
Knowledge of working procedures in terms of the working environment. Communication skills. Problem solving and analysis. Client orientation and customer focus.
