Minimum Requirements

• Senior Certificate (Grade 12 or equivalent qualification); A valid code B drivers license,
• NB: People with disabilities that restrict driving abilities, but who have reasonable access to transport, may also apply.

Key Performance Areas

• Render general clerical support services; Provide supply chain clerical support services;
• Provide personnel administration clerical support services; Provide financial administration support services and Provide a reception service.

Competencies

• Knowledge of the following: Clerical duties, practices as well as the ability to capture computer and collecting statistics; Legislative framework governing the Public Service; Working procedures in terms of the working environment; 
• Skills needed: Computer literacy in MS Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Communication (written and verbal); Planning and organisation; Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
