    Administrator Coordinator - Fourways

    Overview    

    • Omnia’s Agriculture division, a global organisation is the market leader in Southern Africa. The division produces granular, liquid and speciality fertilizers and a whole host of value-added services for a broad customer base of farmers, co-operatives and distributing globally to a further 40 countries throughout Southern and East Africa, Australia, New Zealand, US, and Brazil. The Omnia Agriculture division’s range of specialised products and services are encompassed by its unique Nutriology® offering, which assists customers to optimise crop yield and quality.

    Qualifications    

    •  Matric

    Advantageous:

    •  Bookkeepers Certificate

    Experience    

    •  3 - 5 years experience in a similar role.
    •  Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel is a must).
    •  Pastel Evolution is a requirement.

    Duties    

    • Daily notification of all deposits received from customers in Axioteq’s account.
    • Processing
    • of all bank transactions on cashbook in Pastel.
    • Updating the foreign currency on pastel as received from Group.
    • Checking and vetting of new suppliers and load on FNB.
    • Processing and preparing creditors reconciliations for payments.
    • Capturing monthly expenses on pastel.
    • Checking and capturing expense claims on pastel.
    • Saving of Axioteq signed payment packs on F-drive.
    • Sending out debtors’ statements after month-end is finalized.
    • Make travel bookings for team members for local & international travel when needed.
    • Do courier bookings on DSV when required.
    • Assist with issuing of purchase order numbers when
    • Admin Manager is on leave.
    • Assist with ordering Trimble signals when Admin Manager
    • is on leave.
    • Balance sheet Reconciliation
    • Trade Creditors Reconciliation
    • Trade Debtors Reconciliation
    • Preparing tax schedules for Consultation fees & Overseas Travelling as requested by Finance.
    • Cashflow Forecasting
    • Preparing monthly cashflow forecast spreadsheets.
    • Preparing comparison between forecasted figures versus actuals for the previous month.
    • E-mailing final cashflow forecast to Admin Manager for approval and submission.
    • Assisting with all audit enquiries and audit samples as requested by the auditors.
    • Any other administrative as requested from time to time.

    Job Competencies    

    •  Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Afrikaans would be advantage.
    •  Strong administration skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
    •  Effective time management skills
    •  Ability to work effectively under pressure
    •  Responsibility and accountability.
