Job Summary
You will see yourself managing employee records, managing HR budgets, and driving cost saving initiatives, compiling monthly management reports, managing new employee orientation, employee evaluations and terminations. Other tasks such as identifying training needs, co-ordinating succession planning and talent management with relevant parties, ensuring application of industrial relations practices, updating and implementing HR policies and procedures as well as driving Union Committee structures will fall on to you. Over and above that you will need to serve as a liaison between management and employees.
