Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design teams on complex civil engineering projects
• Manage scope, project deadlines, change orders, and client satisfaction
• Mentor junior designers and engineers
• Contribute to technical excellence in road, stormwater, and earthworks design

Minimum Requirements:
For Senior Role:

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in civil engineering design
• PR Eng / PR Tech (Essential)

Proven design experience in:

• Stormwater systems
• Gravel and access roads (municipal roads advantageous)
• Bulk earthworks: pads, platforms, parking areas
• Water & sewer networks (advantageous)
• Expert proficiency in Civil 3D – including mentoring others
