Assurance, Risk and Control Graduate (IT Audit Qualification or BBA Qualification Essential) at Mimecast

Job Summary

In this role you will be a supporting role gaining exposure to three core areas: Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) & Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance (ESG), Information Governance, and Technical/IT Audit, reporting into the Director of ARC in London. 

What you’ll do

• Build productive partnerships with the business stakeholders, external regulators, vendor and customer assurance teams
• Test internal and external assertions of assurance and control​
• Report control deficiencies, enterprise risks and the efficacy of the internal control architecture​
• Improve the operational safety of the organisation through control design guidance and proactive risk and control support

What you’ll bring

• A degree/experience in one of the following areas: IT/technical audit, risk managment, corporate governance, project management, business administration
• Proficiency with using MS Office suite and knowledge of communication tools such as Zoom, Slack, LinkedIn, Intranet
• Self-motivation with an ability to plan and prioritize work effectively, holding themselves and others accountable to deadlines and deliverables
• Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and problem solve, with good attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing and competing priorities
• Teamworking: Passion for and ability to help and support others to achieve team or project goals
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to manage and prioritize objectives with overlapping time constraints
