    Branch Manager

    LegalWise seeks to employ a Branch Manager to effectively manage a LegalWise business unit consisting of staff 12 (twelve) staff members, this includes staff from Empangeni and Ulundi Branches, within budget and to ensure effective growth and service excellence as required by the company.

    You will be responsible for:

    • Staff management including training, relations, recruitment, performance assessments,   development and administration
    • Assist with sales activities in the area
    • Financial responsibilities which include managing actual to budgets, resource and budget planning, premium income and petty cash control
    • Member customer service management and delivery
    • Liaison responsibilities within company and external companies
    • Development responsibilities including development and implementation of quality         service delivery and effective implementation of new product
    • Administration responsibilities including, reporting of all responsibilities to senior         management and maintaining appropriate administrative and staff records
    • Product and services delivery and administration in accordance with company guidelines, rules and standards
    • Assist with ad hoc tasks as and when required

    Qualifications and Experience Required:

    • Completed LLB degree
    • Admitted Attorney (Advantageous)
    • Must have proven track record of people management
    • Must have a track record of working in customer centric environment
    • Practical management experience will be an advantage
    • Knowledge of management principles including budgets and financial controls, human resources, operations and administration
    • Sales experience will be an advantage
    • Formal management qualification will be an advantage
    • Computer literacy (MS word, excel, internet)
