Job Description

• To plan, manage and monitor the implementation of branch management activities and processes to deliver on approved operational plans in an effective and efficient manner. Role based in Liberty Advisory Partner

Qualifications

• Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diploma [NQF Level 07] in Generic Management
• RE 5 (With 120 Credits)
• RE 1

Experience 

• 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar environment, of which 1 - 2 years at junior management level
• Proven experience in branch or team management, ideally in financial services, advisory, or insurance sectors.
• Strong track record in sales, business development, and client relationship management.
• Experience in operational management, including compliance, quality control, and service delivery.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality standards.
