We are seeking a Brand Training Specialist to support the execution of their global professional education strategy.
This hybrid role combines hands-on training delivery with content development, logistics coordination, and ongoing engagement with international distributors.
You will be part of the Brand Team, reporting to the Education Manager, and collaborating closely with the Brand Director, Senior Marketing Manager, Brand Managers, and the Graphic Designer.
This is a unique opportunity for a passionate beauty professional with strong communication and organisational skills, who can transform technical information into meaningful, engaging learning content that enhances brand experience and product knowledge globally.
Minimum Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Aesthetics, Cosmetic Science, Education, or related field
2–4 years’ experience in skincare/cosmetic industry training or education
Proven ability to educate and inspire diverse international audiences
Strong writing, presentation, and facilitation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Experience supporting distributor or client networks
Organised, detail-focused, culturally aware, and adaptable
Willingness to travel internationally and work across time zones
