Key Responsibility Areas:
- Answering of telephone calls from customers reporting electricity faults within the Region.
- Accurately recording and capturing faults and direct to appropriate LV control officer for action.
- Provides assistance to other regional clerks providing the same service.
- Responsible for carrying out filing and general clerical duties.
Essential Requirements:
- Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent.
- 3 months relevant experience.
- Computer Literacy
Preferred Requirements:
- 6 months relevant experience.
