Lead the pipeline of continuous improvement and automation activity within hubs and identify new opportunities for optimisation and simplification
Actively engage in Global Strategy initiatives and lead local projects and process improvements
Lead end to end CI team delivery, including driving team performance and resourcing
Coordinate with in-market and global teams to identify opportunities to expand hub scope and create capacity for in-market teams
Identify transactional activity in markets for services that could be automated and centralised in the Hub
Accountable for measuring success of the automations and benefits realisations for the hub, and how that translates to time freed up and savings at market and hub level.
Collaborate with process leads and streamline workflows to remove low value activities
Own delivery and service level tracking of the Hub, acting as escalation point for issues
Share and leverage global best practice
Identify trends and process variations as part of establishing a continuous improvement monitoring system
Collaborate with markets and understand the end-to-end implication of automations, in line with the global automation strategy.
Acting as a key member of the citizen development network, with the operational improvement leads from other regional hubs.
