Qualifications and experience required:

• Grade twelve.
• A relevant three-year tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Two to three years in Human Resource Management experience.  
• Computer literacy.   
• A valid Code EB driver’s licence.

Job purpose:

• Co-ordinating the applications related to supporting and functional areas of the Business Unit with the identification and documentation of plans and processes to enable accomplishment of skills development objectives and achievement of the correct demographic profiles for each occupational level and category through the provision of advice and information on procedures and, preparation and submission of reports on investigational analysis, determination of the status and interventions and programmes required and completed in order to ensure the Business Unit conforms with the statutory employment legislative prescripts and Corporate Human Resources policies.
• As part of the selection process, candidates may be tested on any requirement, skill or competency, which will include pre-employment screening, medical examination, security vetting and psychometric assessment.
