    CRM QA Lead

    Purpose of the role

    • The CRM QA Lead will perform testing procedures on the Web Application Software along with the other QA Engineers in the team ensuring all errors are identified and corrected before release to clients.You will be involved in ensuring high quality is engrained into your team as well as working closely with developers to give them a test perspective. The CRM QA Lead will be in-charge of leading a team of QA Engineers whilst establishing test metrics, mentoring team members and managing outside resources where needed, as well as developing test plans and strategies.

    You Will Be Responsible For

    • Quality from the start – get involved in the user story definition process and write test scenarios upfront.
    • Bring a QA perspective to planning sessions and ensure test effort is taken into consideration.
    • Work close with developers to ensure that quality is considered, and they are creating the right kind of tests.
    • Work with product owners to ensure they sign off work items during the UAT phase.
    • Support - Assist with resolution and reproduction of user software problems.
    • Develop automated test within sprints as well as conversion of current manual tests.
    • Work within the ATDD framework and define items using BDD style syntax.
    • Ensure that bugs are treated with importance and try to limit the amount that make it live.
    • Drive Quality within the team and ensure definition of done is followed
    • Establish and evolve formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices.
    • Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met.
    • Act as key point of contact within team for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally.
    • Lead and mentor QA team members
    • Complete 1-2-1 meetings
    • Complete annual team reviews
    • Resolving conflicts between individual team members and different teams
    • Coordinate and plan testing activities between Front and Back End Teams.
    • Manage Team members in London and Cape Town

    You Will Have

    • Full understanding of testing web /mobile applications and websites and associated technologies
    • Excellent Communication skills - ability to communicate with stakeholders and line management
    • Experience of agile and the scrum methodology
    • Advanced experience with test automation tools and strategies
    • Experience of using BDD effectively
    • Proven C# / Java experience
    • Webdriver (not IDE) experience
    • Proven experience leading and growing teams
    • A great deal of maturity, accountability, high degree of integrity, highest levels of pro-active behaviour, and ability to take initiative and lead by example.
    • Proven experience in Continuous Integration/Delivery
    • Proven experience coaching and training team members
    • Experience in Continuous Integration/Delivery
    • Excellent conflict resolution
    • Demonstrates consistent behaviour aligned to the Combiined F and Organizational Culture

    • Experience working within TDD
    • Experience using JIRA
    • Experience writing integration tests
    • Experience using Azure Application Insight
    • Experience using Elasticsearch / Kibana
    • Experience working with cloud technology
    • Experience in CRM Dynamics
    • Experience working with Remote Teams.
