Data Support Analyst at MRI Software

This Individual Will Be Tasked With The Following

• Provide sales support for Marketing and SDR teams and work to become a process/data progression subject matter expert
• Work closely with Marketing team to ensure proper and prompt updates of pipeline into the Salesforce tool
• Maintain data integrity of the Salesforce and data generation systems
• Support the SDR team in cleansing data produced from marketing and demand generation campaigns
• Any other sales support tasks as required to ensure the effective operation of the role and the Sales and Sales Support/Operations department
• Responsible for providing support and administrative coordination for the Marketing and Sales Development teams
• Maintain and assign data from Salesforce to the respective users to progress engagement

Skills/Requirements
Key requirements and competencies:

• Strong familiarity with CRM systems (Experience in Salesforce preferred)
• Knowledge in all MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Highly organized and capable of effectively prioritising tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interact professionally with peers
• Ability to work to meet internal deadlines
• Ability to document processes and procedures
• Successful team experience in supporting multiple colleagues
• Ability to deal with ambiguity, must be self-directed and motivated
• Able to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Good communications and relationship building skills along with the ability to work well cross-functionally
