Debtor Clerk(AD 51) at Werkie

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up on outstanding accounts and rental payments.
• Assist with debt collection and payment follow-ups.
• Issue and monitor invoices.
• Capture and allocate payments on the system.
• Maintain accurate debtor records.
• Communicate with clients regarding accounts.
• Handle account queries and general administrative duties.
• Report maintenance or faulty issues on the premises to the Maintenance Manager.
• Provide general office administrative support.

Job Requirements:

• Matric.
• Basic administrative experience advantageous but not essential.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office – especially Excel and Outlook).
• Good communication skills.
• Reliable transport.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
