At least ten (10) years’ post qualification experience in civil and/or criminal litigation.
Demonstrable competency in acting Independently, Professionally, Accountable and with Credibility. Admitted Attorney and/or Advocate. Right of appearance as contemplated in section 25(2) of the NPA Act, 32 of 1998. Demonstrate experience in managing motion proceedings.
Good advocacy and legal drafting skills. Good knowledge of civil and/or criminal procedure. Knowledge of Asset Forfeiture law will be added advantage.
Ability to act independently. Good interpersonal, analytical, presentation and communication skills. Strong computer skills. Willing to travel and able to work extended hours.
