    Digital Account Manager

    Job Description

    Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

    • Work closely with the Account Director as well as the Project Manager
    • Build positive and productive client relationships by demonstrating an understanding and sound knowledge of your client’s business and industries in which they operate
    • Manage multi-level projects simultaneously
    • Work with and draw on the expertise of the full spectrum of the agencies resources to develop integrated offerings to clients where necessary
    • Deliver the highest quality of work and highest standard of creativity
    • Produce top quality written work for clients on time, including proposals, presentations, and reports
    • Deliver presentations to clients as and when required
    • Day to day interactions with the team to ensure service levels and client deliverables are consistently met
    • Ensure effective communication internally
    • Co-ordinate and ensure successful orientation of new employees into the team
    • Review price estimates with relevant stakeholders
    • Assess project costs against client budgets, managing client and agency budgets on an ongoing basis
    • Ensure invoicing and financial administration adheres to best practice
    • Identify opportunities for expanding the financial potential of the client’s business over and above existing retainer
    • Work with team on new and potential clients where appropriate
    • Ensure meeting action reports, status reports, monthly reports, annual reviews, and other client admin is completed when required
    • Actively manage own performance and career, utilizing the various platforms available
    • Assist in the professional growth within the team
    • Keep abreast on new trends in digital technology in accordance with industry best practice
    • Keep abreast on competitor activity: reviewing and sharing with team members.

    Qualifications

    Qualification/Experience/Skill:

    • Tertiary qualification: BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field
    • Minimum 4 years working experience as a Digital Account Manager in an Advertising Agency or Technology sector
    • Proficient in Office 365 (i.e. MS Teams/SharePoint/Outlook/Excel/Word etc.)
    • Good understanding on contracts, SOW's and addendums
    • Understands efficiency and profitability for their clients
    • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
    • A good command of the English language
    • Well versed in Digital (Digital savvy)
    • Strong presentation skills
    • Strong organizational and administrative skills
    • Strong multitasking skills (ability to work on multiple projects at any given time)
    • Passion for service excellence – results and solution oriented
    • Great understanding of the design and development process including agile methodologies
