    Digital Marketing Manager

    About the job

    We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to produce high-quality outputs and help us mature our Marketing service offering. The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with new and existing clients to help them define and manage their eCommerce Marketing and Customer Insights strategy. You will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and driving new content throughout their websites for both CMS pages and products.

    To be a successful Digital Marketing Manager, you should focus on driving customer engagement and increasing conversion rates throughout the shopping journey using a combination of marketing, customer insights and enriched SEO friendly content.

    Ultimately, an exceptional Digital Marketing Manager will promote collaboration between internal and external stakeholders to ensure that our clients get the most out of their eCommerce platform.

    Skills Required:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a similar field.

    Qualifications for

    • Google, Facebook (Meta) and Instagram marketing
    • Google Analytics, Tag Manager and Merchant Centre
    • 5+ years of Marketing, Customer Insights, and Analytics experience as well as managing strong, engaging content.
    • Experience uploading content to eCommerce content management systems such as Magento, WooCommerce, and Shopify.
    • Experience in creating CMS pages using a CMS page builder such as Magento's Page Builder, Elementor, Storyblok visual editor, or a WYSIWIG editor.
    • Experience using Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Tag Manager.
    • Creating reports and dashboards to analyse and interpret customer behaviour.
    • Create marketing strategies and campaigns for our clients.
    • Managing a marketing team that service multiple accounts and clients.
    • Experience working with large product datasets using Excel / Google sheets to perform Vlookups, concatenate and general Master Data maintenance.
    • An understanding of SEO best practices and how to implement them within an eCommerce framework.
    • Able to communicate well and timelessly with customers and external stakeholders.
    • Excellent research, organisational, and time management skills.
    • Strong listening and communication skills.
    • The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
    • Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.

    Responsibilities:

    • Head up the Vectra marketing team and strategy to further mature our service offering and provide customers with valuable insights into their customer's behaviour.
    • Plan and manage customer/consumer market research projects and data analysis.
    • Analyse results to provide insights to support product development, category management and sales initiatives.
    • Utilise a variety of methods including surveys, and competitor and industry research to produce useful customer insight data and make recommendations to stakeholders.
    • Identifying ideal methodology and providing oversight on the data collection process and analytic work plan to ensure all available information is generated to support business needs.
    • Tracking the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting on findings.
    • Plan, develop and execute the marketing strategy from customer insights.
    • Assisting the creative team with the design of promotional materials.
    • Collaborating with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems.
    • Monitoring social media and company website metrics.
    • Utilising SEO methods to increase site traffic.
    • Suggesting new ways to promote company offerings and reach consumers through engaging material.
    • Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company websites, marketing materials, and similar platforms.

    Interpersonal:

    • Ability to take ownership of projects, and self-management (No Hand Holding).
    • Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently, and manage expectations of both your teammates and the clients.
