Director - Fleet Management at City of Cape Town

Requirements

• Relevant BTech or Degree
• Extensive Managerial experience at a senior level (more than 8 years)
• MFMA - Municipal Minimum Competence Certificate will be advantageous

• Direct and manage efficient fleet utilization
• Lead the development of an EV Strategy for the City
• Direct and manage centralised works for both plant and fleet
• Lead, direct and manage the Department Strategy
• Direct and lead effective strategic and operational management of the department
• Manage knowledge and information in the Department
• Strategically managing the provision of plant
• Direct and manage centralised workshops
• Strategic management and leadership
• Direct and oversee policy development, reporting and implementation

• Financial Management and control
