This role is ideal for a technically minded individual eager to champion the best environmental practices while supporting EHSQ compliance across all business functions. You’ll be instrumental in driving initiatives that reduce the environmental footprint, enhance workplace safety, and uphold our quality standards. This is a pivotal role in embedding sustainable practices into everyday operations.
Experience & Qualifications
BSc or relevant tertiary qualification in Environmental Science, Engineering, or Management
Prior experience in environmental compliance and wastewater treatment is advantageous.
Familiarity with ISO 14001 and frameworks for natural materials is preferred.
Technical & Other Skills
Sound understanding of environmental regulations, effluent management, and pollution control
Ability to conduct audits, inspections, and implement environmental and safety systems
Proficient in data analysis and reporting on key environmental metrics (energy, water, emissions)
Strong coordination skills to collaborate with production, safety, and quality teams
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork capabilities
