ENVIRONMENT:
Provide visionary leadership to the Sales team, implementing forward-thinking strategies and closing deals as the next Executive Head of Sales sought by a fast-paced Specialist in End-to-end IT Management and Consultative IT Services. You will be expected to lead, mentor, and inspire the Sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets; cultivate new business channels while analysing market trends and staying up to date with product offerings & services. The successful incumbent will possess a suitable Degree/Diploma with extensive sales experience and the ability to provide leadership in a sales context, persuasive communication skills & strong relationship-building ability. You must also have a solid understanding of market dynamics & trends within IT.
