Overall Mission
To provide HR support to business & operations in a dedicated perimeter within the Site, by contributing to Site HR performance results, through the deployment of the HR strategy & policy, and the assistance to managers & employees on the different operational HR topics

Responsibilities May Include, But Not Be Limited To

• Full payroll function
• processing of salaries and wages
• control of leave applications and processing
• review of time sheets etc
• Full Human Resources Administrative function
• Employee Relations
• Training and development activities (arranging training , must be able to conduct OJT,etc)
• Assistance in the preparation of budgets / MTP etc where required
• Health and Safety
• Reportin
• Discussions, reviews and implementation of various recommendations from 3rd parties / Valeo Experts

Relevant Tertiary Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive field
• Must have all-round HR knowledge in relative fiels ie (payroll, labour relations, training and development)
