Some of the specific responsibilities include:
1. Recruitment and talent pipeline management (headhunting, screening CV’s, conducting initial interviews and scheduling interviews).
2. Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries.
3. Create efficiency by documenting answers to common questions and posting them on the InsiderBase.
4. Manage and maintain our online employer brand (creating employee value proposition pages, career pages, job application landing pages and regularly contributing to our Culture blog).
5. Manage and maintain HR-related documentation and the Activ8 employee database.
6. Provide support to our Training team.
