Industrial Relations (IR) - Aeroton at Adendorff Machinery Mart

Responsibilities:

• Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues
• Ensure compliance with labour legislation and company policies
• Handle full disciplinary procedures and grievances
• Support management on IR matters and training
• Foster positive labour relations and employee engagement

Requirements:

• Understanding of South African labour laws (LRA, BCEA, EEA)
• Experience in industrial relations or HR in a Retail environment 
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle sensitive issues diplomatically
• Self-starter who can work independently and with teams

Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Industrial Relations, HR, Labour Law, or related field
• Certification in labour relations (e.g. IR Practitioner) advantageous
• Experience with employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and grievance handling
