Inventory & Operations Administrator at Safal Steel

Description

• Provide administrative support to the management team
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• E-Filing of all store Documents, such as INVOICES, GRV’s, POPs on shared drive to improve controls in the business
• Reconcile sales invoices and payments.
• Reconcile supplier invoices and goods received vouchers
• Stock take Capturing.
• Drawing and Distribution of Reports.
• Raise non-stock Purchase orders on Behalf of Stores.
• Assist with internal and external Audits.

Requirements

• National Diploma in Administration/Finance/Supply chain or Equivalent
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in an administrative role
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• IQ Retail experience or other  ERP system
