Job Description

• Sun International – Central Office is offering a Contact Centre Learnership beginning on 1 March 2026.  Selected candidates will have the opportunity to grow and expand their knowledge through a structured programme that combines accredited theoretical training with practical workplace experience.  
• The learnership is designed to develop core competencies in contact centre operations, customer engagement, and professional communication within a fast‑paced corporate environment.

Job Requirements

Education:

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• South African citizenship.
• An updated CV.
• No prior participation in a learnership within the same qualification.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
• Relevant post‑Matric qualifications, if applicable.
