Job Description & Summary

Responsibilities
- Programme design, administration and management of core assurance curricula and other training interventions both face-to-face and virtually.
- Networking and relationship management with internal stakeholders, understanding their needs and communicating & discussing this with the team.
- Design and draw reports on completed training and interpret the data. Prepare data analysis and insights from the reporting. (Alteryx and Power BI advantageous).
- Awareness of digital products for learning.
- Management of projects, mainly internal training
- Manage logistics of training (administration on LMS, working with functions/infrastructure team to book rooms/catering etc)

Qualifications
- 2 - 3 years L&D or HC experience
- Office administration experience
- Event management experience
- A learning & Development qualification advantageous
- Instructional Design experience advantageous
