Master’s Degree and undergraduate study in the field of Human Resources Management
At least 3 years of teaching experience in the field of Human Resources Management
Preference will be given to applicants with completed Doctoral Degree.
Additional Requirements:
A doctoral qualification in the field will be an advantage
Commercial or industrial-related experience
Demonstrate innovative thinking towards teaching and learning skills
Availability to work at other DUT campuses, in the evening and on weekends and sometimes away from home
Summary of Duties:
Take responsibility for the teaching, learning and assessing of modules offered, at all levels and associated with the programme in the Department
Make major contributions to the academic quality by providing leadership of all aspects of offerings associated with the Management / Entrepreneurship in the Department
Lead, develop, design and review all learning content associated with Management and Entrepreneurship
Plan and organize educational field trips for students
Supervise and co-supervise postgraduate students
Publish in reputable journals
Promote community engagement within the department
