MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (REF: IC09)

LECTURER: 

• Master’s in education specialising in Information Technology OR
• Masters in Information Technology or related field with BEd Honours
• At least 3-5 years teaching experience
• A Doctorate Degree is an added advantage.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES 

• Teaching and examining of courses in all programmes in the School of Education as assigned by the Head of school.
• Administration related to teaching, research and relevant community engagement activities.
• Attending and contributing to staff meetings, programme design and all academic activities within the School of Education
• Conducting research and using innovative curricular and teaching methods co stimulate creativity and generate new knowledge and solutions.
• Participate in Work Integrated Learning
• Participate in departmental/faculty projects and committees.
• Undertake administration and other academic duties assigned by the Head of School
