QUALIFICATION:

• B. Com degree in Business Management/ Marekting or related (NQF 7)

EXPERIENCE:

• 5 years’ experience in eCommerce within an industrial related sector.
• 1 years’ experience managing an eCommerce function.
• Expeirence with Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Digital marketing with sales experience
• Experience with ERP systems (highly beneficial)

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:

• MS Office- Excel.
• MS Word.
• SAP.
• Online Sales Platforms.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

• Provide input into the financial requirements of the business unit.
• Plan and prepare for the annual budgeting process in accordance with the relevant financial policies and procedures.
• Stay abreast of industry legislation and divisional procurement policy and procedures.
• Provides feedback on major change issues with commensurate recommendations.
• Provides change leadership.
• Monitor adherence to Corporate Governance structure.
• Updates eCommerce platforms with relevant content & information.
• Analyses customer traffic on eCommerce platforms
• Drafts & coordinates implementation plans (in conjunction the key internal stakeholders) regarding eCommerce growth strategies.
• Assist leadership with maintenance of the platform’s digital online presence.
• Participates in the planning of audits in collaboration with the Finance/audit function when required.
• Makes recommendations for Corporate Governance related controls and standards, systems and procedures when required.
• Reports on contractual issues, metrics, and other related information.
