Description

• Provides research support to the Meat Technology- Department of Agriculture (DoA) Funded Project
• Must be a registered MTech/MSc student.
• Engage with relevant stakeholders and project team members within the project.
• Disseminate project results and findings through scientific, popular and peer reviewed publications and attend conferences
• Participate in stakeholder and sectional meetings, relevant seminars and workshops.
• Ensure compliance with applicable OHS, GMP and Food Safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Advanced Diploma/Honours Degree in Food Science and Technology.
• 1 year experience will be an added advantage.
• Demonstrated capacity to conduct research at postgraduate level.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Must be a South African citizen.
• A valid driver’s license will be an added advantage.
